Pulusu is a clear broth (tamarind) cooked with vegetables and a spice is served as a side dish along with rice. • http://www.vahrehvah.com/thota-koora-... • • Ingredients • • 5 bunch Amaranth leaves • 1 tsp chilli powder • 1 sprigs curry leaves • pinch Fenugreek seeds • 6 number garlic • 4 number green chillies • pinch hing • 1 tsp jaggery • pinch jeera • pinch mustard seeds • 1 tbsp Oil • 1 number onions • 2 number red chilli • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts crushed • as needed salt • as needed Tamarind juice • pinch turmeric • • Directions • Wash amaranth leaves keep it aside. • Take a pan add oil red chilly dry,mustard,fenugreek,jeera seeds, now add garlic, turmeric, onions, hing, salt, add the amaranth leaves ,curry leaves cook till the leaves are cooking 90%. • Now add tamarind juice, jaggery cook for 5 min then add Roasted peanuts powder mix well cook for 2-3min and serve with roti or rice • ...
