This is from the album Reunion (2011). This song was originally recorded on the 1976 album Seawind (the blue album). The song is about God’s unconditional love for us. I think my understanding of this song is so much greater today, because I truly understand is mercy and grace in my life! • This version features Al Jarreau and Pauline Wilson’s amazing voices! The band Seawind is the famous horn section that played and hundreds of albums since the 1970s. The drummer is Bob Wilson who was an amazing inspiration to my drumming in my formative years. This band only had 4 albums in there Hey day (pun intended… see Jerry Hey … trumpet player and arranger of the horn section) from 1976 - 1980!
