C4TALENT held its first face-to-face Ready for Action meeting in Alytus, Lithuania on November 22-23 2023. • Our primary aim with the event was to work together to design the road to our action plans that will enhance startup and business development conditions, ultimately reducing the impact of brain drain in the C4TALENT cities. • Day 1 focused on addressing the policy challenge of attracting talent to our small- and medium-sized towns, with each city sharing its context and challenges. • Day 2 built on this foundation, involving the design of exchange activities, transnational meetings, thematic focuses, online learning events, and study tours. We also discussed about the Communication Plan draft ensuring alignment with network administration requirements. • The hosts from Alytus did a wonderful job, it was great to experience their hospitality and commitment.
