Creating a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule can be one of the most important tasks you do for your organization. • A PM Schedule can auto-generate work orders assigned to the correct person, assigned to a piece of equipment, with the correct priority level, at the right time. • There are two types of PM Schedules: • 1) Time - you can set a PM to generate a work order every two weeks, every month, or any cadence you would like. This is great for maintenance needed on large items that call for monthly or quarterly checkups. An example would be to change the air filters on an HVAC machine every year. • 2) Metered - Equipment within FlowPath can be selected as Metered , meaning you can log or track miles or hours a piece of equipment has been running. The metered PM would create a work order once a threshold is crossed for this metered. An example could be every 3,000 miles, change the oil on the service truck. • You can learn more about your PM Schedule here: https://app.getflowpath.com/assets
