When it comes to using the @lagshotgolf3730 clubs, there is a way to exaggerate the difficulty and the good you get out of the club. • The Lag Shot club not only can bend the club shaft, but you can also twist the clubface so that there is torque. • Mike starts with only his left hand making swings, so he can feel how the club loads. He also has to ensure that he gets the clubface on the correct arc to run the clubface into the ball and have the ball go straight. • This is an excellent drill because if you get too quick with just one arm, you won’t be able to catch the club up. Then try this drill with only your right arm. Feel how the club loads, be patient and let the club catch up. • Now that Mike has experienced that with individual hands, he now uses both hands and can feel the timing of how the club loads and what he must do to square the clubface. Use one hand at a time, exaggerating anything you do wrong with the path or clubface. • Start swinging slow, add speed, hit a few balls, use both hands, and it becomes easy.
