RESTORE YOUR NATURAL VITALITY is a free 24-video series. Simple, deep, and practical, it is a step-by-step journey to vitality, inner stillness, and health using simple, easy, and effective techniques from: • Gitananda Yoga tradition @YogacharyaDrAnandaBhavanani • God's Warrior Traditional School of Yoga and Martial Arts @Godswarrior.school • My personal study, practice, experimentation, and teaching experience • PURPOSE OF PART 7 • Increase the flexibility of the feet and ankles, reduce the stiffness and rigidity of the toes. • Inflexibility in the feet and ankles limits our ability to squat with heels on the floor, while rigid toes increase the risk of falling. • By keeping our “roots” (toes, feet, ankles) healthy, open, and strong, we create a stable foundation that supports the vitality of the “tree” and ensures proper circulation of fluids in our body. • Vajra Asana (sitting on heels) helps correct lordosis, enhances digestive power, and prevents or even remedies varicose veins. • Vajra Veera Asana (sitting on toes) stimulates the base of the toes, which is linked through reflex feedback to the cranial nerves. This energizes the cranial nerves essential for our senses, keeping us active and alert. • The complete feet-toes-ankles-legs-hips sequence, which is partially revealed in this lesson, stimulates the marma points in the feet related to stiffness, muscle spasms, breathing, and vision. • THE MOVEMENTS OF PART 7 • The first Kriya is a simplified version of Pada-Vajra Kriya of Gitanada Yoga tradition @YogacharyaDrAnandaBhavanani Start by lifting your right knee first then the left (in the video I lifted first the left knee for the camera angle, so the action can be observed) • The second Kriya is a small part of a longer sequence that I created. It combines various techniques from Gitananda Yoga and God's Warrior Traditional School of Yoga and Martial Arts @Godswarrior.school • NOTE: Start by lifting your right knee off the floor first then the left (in the video I lifted first the left knee so the action is more visible) • ABOUT SECTION 'No Legs No Lungs' • This section includes videos Part 6 to 12 from the 'Restore Your Natural Vitality' free 24-video series. • Strong, powerful, flexible, and functional legs are crucial for good breathing. • When the Apana Vayu is strong and functions well, it attracts the Prana Vayu downward. This makes inhalation stronger and allows you to bring Prana into the lower abdomen, or Kanda area. • Please watch 'Restore Your Natural Vitality - Before You Start' video to get the maximum benefits from these practices: • • Restore Your Natural Vitality - Befor... • CHAPTERS • 00:00 Intro • 00:11 Main purpose of the lesson • 00:49 Feet and Ankles Therapy (I) • 02:07 Feet and Ankles Therapy (II) • 03:31 End • Health, inner stillness, and vitality in your life! • Ovidiu • Stillness Does | https://www.stillnessdoes.com/ • #stillnessdoes
