2 medium sized rutabaga • 1/4 cup avocado oil • Salt to taste • Garlic powder • Onion powder • • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. • Wash rutabaga and cut off both ends • Peel the skin using a vegetable peeler • Slice rutabaga in 1/4 inch thick circles • Slice the circles into sticks to look like fries • Place rutabaga in a bowl, pour avocado oil over the fries, add onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. • Mix the fries and lay them evenly on a baking sheet.
