ROGUE Home Gym Folding Rack DIY Install amp Review RML3WC

After doing a ton of research for our new small home gym. I installed a Rogue Fitness Monster Lite RML-3WC folding weight rack. Before purchasing the rack my wife and I had many questions concerning the quality and installation of this rack. I hope to answer all of your questions and review the rack, safety arms, dip bar, and folding bench. • The installation process is something really anyone can do yourself over a weekend. • Overall my wife and I are very happy with our new weight rack.
