Multan is the first off-the-beaten-path destination I'm exploring in Pakistan and WOW was it spectacular. Not only are there pretty -- albeit smaller -- mosques to explore but there are bazaars, well-preserved forts, mausoleums, and even a 2nd generation handmade pottery manufacturer that will have you instantly in love with Multan (and wishing to bring home new crockery!).
