Cultural inefficiencies, engineering silos , slow innovation, lack of quality mentorship, and collaboration are well known issues. InnerSource is often brought in to resolve those. These common problems can be solved with proven patterns. This talk will mainly cover some InnerSource patterns used in fintech, which could be used by any organisation.
