We're into the FINAL WEEK!!! To all of you who have stuck with it these last five weeks and keep grinding out the workouts - you're amazing!! • If you're new to the channel, this program consists of 30 different workouts, all 100% free and available on-demand to help you build joint stability and strength, aerobic conditioning, and muscular strength and power. With variations for different skill levels throughout, these workouts are good for everything from beginner to advanced ability levels! You can find the entire program in my 2024 Six Week Lean Mean playlist if you want to check out the other workouts. • We're starting off week 6 with a classic Metcon style workout - lots of compound dumbbell movements with a steady level of cardio demand over 30 minutes. One huge 15 minute circuit that we'll work through twice today - no gimmicks, just straight forward, fun exercise! I'm going to be using 15 and 25 lb. dumbbells today, but grab what you have and what will challenge you.
