How to Use GoToMeeting iOS Screen Share • Share your screen and other content on the go, with GoToMeeting on an iPhone. If you are a presenter running iOS 11 or later, you can share your entire iPhone screen with the rest of the meeting participants. To get started, you’ll need the GoToMeeting app for iOS, which you can find in the App Store. • Because the GoToMeeting app is using Apple’s new screen recording feature, to allow organizers and presenters to share within the app, you must enable screen recording from your device settings. To do that, you’ll need to open the settings application. Within settings, click on “control center,” and then tap “customize controls.” On the “customize controls” page, you will need to click the green plus sign next to “screen recording.” This will include it in your control center. • Once in a GoToMeeting session, you will need to turn on screen recording. To do this, you’ll need to swipe up on your device screen, bringing up the control center panel. You will then need to 3D touch the screen recording icon and then select GoToMeeting from the list. Your iPhone will automatically begin screen sharing to each of your meeting participants. Before starting screen sharing, remember that the entire screen (including notifications) will be shared. • You can stop sharing your screen whenever you’re ready.
