Linwoods pre-workout pancake recipe. • Full recipe here: http://bit.ly/1FUyJXW • Ingredients: • 8 Tbsp. Oats • 4 eggs • 2 Tbsp. Linwoods Chia seeds • 2 scoops of vanilla whey • A splash of milk • 1 Tbsp. Honey • Method: • 1. Blend all the ingredients together. • 2. Fry in a little coconut oil in a pan until both sides are brown. • 3. Serve with a little honey, yogurt or fruit and enjoy!
