Ok, I LOVE kombucha, but I really LOVE LOVE LOVE jun! The flavor is so light and lovely, but I still feel like I get the same awesome benefits of drinking kombucha. I usually try to drink a big glass of both jun and kombucha every day, just to make sure I'm getting the goodness of all of both! • I like to make jun in pretty much the same way I make kombucha - with 2 quarts of concentrated tea that I dilute with 6 quarts of filtered water.
