Somatic Yoga Core Facilitation

There are many muscles around the circumference of spine that support the torso and allow mobility. This gentle somatic practice includes building awareness of specific muscles in isolation including the transversus abdominis and the multifidus. This practice is appropriate to rebuild core strength for those with low back pain and postpartum loss of strength. Please give yourself permission to under-do and seek medical advice if you have certain conditions including herniations and diastasic recti. • The studio is closed, affording me the time to post daily videos.
