Putting my finger on the side of my nose, I won't tell you that this is the Mississippi River, it's actually the reopening of the Ohio River with a steamboat parade and race. It's the best archival footage I've ever seen of steamboats - so I combined it with the greatest modern riverboat music band. You gotta love the 2 guys playing Waiting For The Robert E.
