The machines are primarily designed for a high-speed manufacture of large objects — up to 180 cm in size — using inexpensive materials. • Massivit engineers have developed and patented their own technology known as GDP, which stands for Gel Dispensing Printing. As a consumable, it uses proprietary photopolymer material in white color. The GDP method allows printing large 3D models with totally acceptable accuracy. • The Massivit 1800 3D printer is equipped with two independent printheads and replaceable nozzles of different diameter. This enables simultaneous printing of two different objects, which greatly speeds up the production process. • The Massivit equipment runs the proprietary software called Massivit Smart to prepare files for printing. The software handles data in STL format and allows scaling, rotating, and slicing of digital objects, as well as maintaining the printing process.
