Jaeger-LeCoultre has been a brand in decline for the past 5 or so years. But why? They are a darling of watch fam (or the watch collecting community), they have amazing heritage, JLC watches are incredibly well made and they are generally very well liked. So, why are they in the decline? Why don't we see more people wearing and buying JLC watches? What is the JLC problem? I'd break it down into 4 parts: 1. Missing an entry level sporty watch or GADA piece; 2. Price point and price increases over these past 4 years; 3. Lack of brand recognition and 4. Missing brand identity. • As always: this is just my opinion - I can't wait to read yours in the comments down below! • HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME : • Sponsorship: [email protected] • Insta : watch.gringa • Email: [email protected] • Patreon: / watch_gringa • TIME STAMPS: • 0:00-1:51 - Intro • 1:52-5:08 - Missing GADA entry level piece • 5:09-7:36 - Overpriced • 7:37-8:43 - Lack of brand recognition • 8:44-11:54 - Missing Brand Identity • 11:55-13:39 - Opportunities • 13:40-13:57 - Outro • 13:58-15:00 - Did you know patrons are the best?
