Fifth Squad detectives are investigating shots fired in North Bellport on February 8. Fifth Precinct officers responded to 555 Taylor Ave. in North Bellport after a ShotSpotter notification went off at 11:51 a.m. Investigators determined several rounds were fired outside the location but no people or houses were struck.
