Today's Video Explaining How to Make 5 Ingredient Bagels. • Keto Bagel Recipe • 2 Cups of Monzerella Cheese • 8 Oz Cream Cheese • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Power • Poppy Seeds • 1 Egg Whisked • 2 Cups Fine Almond Flour • Add 2 Cups of your cheese an cream cheese in a bowl microwave for 2 mins until its melted.. Take out of the microwave an stir it together with a spatula then add your 2 Cups of Almond Flour now bind that together using a fork add your egg into the mix as well as your baking powder an bind it together .. Once its like a dough in texture, Place it on a piece of Parchment Paper.. Place another piece of Parchment paper over the top an roll out your dough flat.. Then cut Strips off an roll the dough in your hand until you make a long snake shape join the two ends together to make a bagel shape..
