💗 This Soft and Fluffy Bread Loaf recipe has never failed me! Its a very easy bread recipe for beginners. • For this bread loaf recipe, I used Japanese bread flour. This flour produces a more delicate bread texture. Any other bread flour should be fine. I have used other bread flour using this same recipe. I get soft and fluffy bread as well. Some bread flour might result in slightly chewy texture. So it really depends on your preference. • 💗 Important update: • 1. Based on feedback, the top of the bread gets very brown, so recommend to change preheat and baking temperature to 180°C. Bake for 40-50 minutes • 2.
