No Windows Brake Lights amp Blower Caravan Auction Special

A local shop bought this 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan from the Auction to fix up and flip, but it has become a MAJOR HEADACHE!! • The initial problem was the BRAKE Lights did not work, and the turn signals would blink really fast like it had NO BULBS installed in the rear...but the tail lights are LEDs! • They swapped in a junkyard TIPM, and now the WINDOWS stopped working!!
