This is the healthiest way I like to make my oatmeal cookies. Not only that these cookies are gluten free and vegan friendly, it's amazingly delicious. • I have been making theses yummilicious cookies all the time for my family. This is a fail-proof recipe. Feel free to adjust some of the ingredients. There's no eggs in this recipe, so I used blended flaxseeds for binding. You can use chia seeds or both. I also used coconut oil rather than butter. Coconut oil is a much healthier alternative and you also get that nutty flavor. I used Maple syrup for a natural sweetener. Feel free to substitute it for some honey, dates, or banana. I also made use of some sugarfree cranberries. Raisins are a great alternatives as well. I used vegan white chocolate chips but of course you can totally omit this step or use any other chocolate chips of your choice. I love the taste of almond milk. Using a little bit of water is perfectly fine. And finally I added some walnut.
