The reason is balanced V/F between CPU and iGPU resulting in optimal high-performance efficiency. Also, this laptop is unable to properly load 2700 MHz (resulting in a lower effective clock). • The EFFICIENT Config with CPU limited to 2.03 GHz, and iGPU limited to 1.7 GHz (simplified, exact best efficiency numbers are a bit lower, may differ depending on binning).
