While lead-based paint was banned for residential use in 1978, much of today’s housing was built before 1978 and may contain lead-based paint. 2017 Census Bureau data indicates that over 57% of occupied homes in the U.S. were built prior to 1978. • Lead is a toxic metal that is harmful if inhaled or swallowed. Lead is classified by EPA as a probable human carcinogen and is a cumulative toxicant. Lead exposure can pose serious health risks, particularly for young children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should avoid exposure to lead. Children are more sensitive to lead than adults and can develop lifelong disabilities and behavior problems from lead exposure. • In general, anyone who is paid to perform work that disturbs paint in housing and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 must be EPA-certified. This includes all firms, even sole proprietorships. Examples of the types of firms covered include residential rental property owners/managers; general contractors; and special trade contractors including painters, plumbers, carpenters and electricians. • Find an EPA lead-safe certified firm at www.epa.gov/lead.","styleRuns":[{"startIndex":0,"length":1171,"styleRunExtensions":{"styleRunColorMapExtension":{"colorMap":[{"key":"USER_INTERFACE_THEME_DARK","value":4294967295},{"key":"USER_INTERFACE_THEME_LIGHT","value":4279440147}]}},"fontFamilyName":"Roboto"}]},"headerRuns":[{"startIndex":0,"length":1171,"headerMapping":"ATTRIBUTED_STRING_HEADER_MAPPING_UNSPECIFIED"}]}},{"itemSectionRenderer":{"contents":[{"continuationItemRenderer":{"trigger":"CONTINUATION_TRIGGER_ON_ITEM_SHOWN","continuationEndpoint":{"clickTrackingParams":"CCkQuy8YAiITCLXA1PqF8YsDFfTqSQcdfJkayg==","commandMetadata":{"webCommandMetadata":{"sendPost":true,"apiUrl":"/youtubei/v1/next"}},"continuationCommand":{"token":"Eg0SC3BOdUZEZDlVVGhZGAYyJSIRIgtwTnVGRGQ5VVRoWTAAeAJCEGNvbW1lbnRzLXNlY3Rpb24%3D","request":"CONTINUATION_REQUEST_TYPE_WATCH_NEXT"}}}}],"trackingParams":"CCkQuy8YAiITCLXA1PqF8YsDFfTqSQcdfJkayg==","sectionIdentifier":"comment-item-section","targetId":"comments-section"}}],"trackingParams":"CCgQui8iEwi1wNT6hfGLAxX06kkHHXyZGso="}},"secondaryResults":{"secondaryResults":{"results":[{"lockupViewModel":{"contentImage":{"collectionThumbnailViewModel":{"primaryThumbnail":{"thumbnailViewModel":{"image":{"sources":[{"url":"https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UvQsWieAknw/hqdefault.jpg?sqp=-oaymwEWCKgBEF5IWvKriqkDCQgBFQAAiEIYAQ== rs=AOn4CLC7wcU4MahAusQerYiJSB7wzvFsOw","width":168,"height":94},{"url":"https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UvQsWieAknw/hqdefault.jpg?sqp=-oaymwEXCNACELwBSFryq4qpAwkIARUAAIhCGAE= rs=AOn4CLAeseRzs8ISpbcNtPiTd3p-XVea5A","width":336,"height":188}]},"overlays":[{"thumbnailOverlayBadgeViewModel":{"thumbnailBadges":[{"thumbnailBadgeViewModel":{"icon":{"sources":[{"clientResource":{"imageName":"COURSE"}}]},"text":"10 lessons","badgeStyle":"THUMBNAIL_OVERLAY_BADGE_STYLE_DEFAULT","backgroundColor":{"lightTheme":1648139,"darkTheme":1648139}}}],"position":"THUMBNAIL_OVERLAY_BADGE_POSITION_BOTTOM_END"}},{"thumbnailHoverOverlayViewModel":{"icon":{"sources":[{"clientResource":{"imageName":"PLAY_ALL"}}]},"text":{"content":"Play all","styleRuns":[{"startIndex":0,"length":8}]},"style":"THUMBNAIL_HOVER_OVERLAY_STYLE_COVER"}}],"backgroundColor":{"lightTheme":2768659,"darkTheme":2768659}}},"stackColor":{"lightTheme":8624491,"darkTheme":8293488}}},"metadata":{"lockupMetadataViewModel":{"title":{"content":"Beautiful Piano Music Bird Sounds"},"metadata":{"contentMetadataViewModel":{"metadataRows":[{"metadataParts":[{"text":{"content":"Nature's Rain Sounds
