Lionel 18307 Fairbanks Morse Trainmaster upgraded to TMCC

Using ElectricRR AC commander I was able to upgrade my Lionel 18307 Fairbanks Morse Trainmaster, Pennsylvania #8699 to TMCC. I also was able to use the old horn board by connecting it to pin 3 on the railsounds connector. It works great. The slow speed performance is great with the 100 speed steps.
