The 8.31 Medium Blonde Garnier Olia Hair Color did lift my hair color about 2 levels, but even after applying a second coat several weeks later, the color didn't lighten. • The current color I have is a customized concoction of Wella Color Charm 3NW and Loreal Preference 8.5A.
