Day 4 of the 7 Day Quaran-Lean Challenge is ALL ABOUT IGNITING YOUR METABOLISM AND REALLY BURNING AS MUCH FAT AS POSSIBLE! • We are going to be doing 20 different exercises in just 20 minutes! I love keeping the body guessing and this workout does exactly that. It’s constantly changing, constantly challenging us and constantly pushing us! • Which is what this challenge is all about! • Likewise, today’s workout is 20 seconds on, 20 seconds on, 20 seconds rest! So we are doing 2 different exercises in a span of 40 seconds! • One last thing… enjoy, be positive and spread the lean love on instagram by tagging me @leansquad!!! • More about the 7 Day Quaran-Lean Challenge below... • Over the next 7 days I am CHALLENGING YOU to complete 7 workouts in 7 days while we are all in quarantine doing our part to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. You don’t need any equipment. All you need is your body weight, a TINY bit of space and before you know it you’ll feel LEANMAZING! • Now, the question is, are you going to accept the challenge? Because I know times are stressful, and filled with uncertainty. But what isn't uncertain is the fact that when we remain active our mental and physical health improves, ESPECIALLY during stressful times. • So, again, I am challenging you to invest in yourself over the next week and really transform your mental and physical wellbeing alongside me!!! Each workout is only 20 minutes and you don't need any equipment, which means you have no excuses. All you need to do is commit to tuning in every day (at a time that suits you) and do the workout with me. In your living room, bedroom, basement, kitchen, or wherever… it doesn’t matter! All that matters is you get it done! • So with that in mind I want you to get EXCITED MOTIVATED by this Quarantine Challenge.
