Hey Pilates Lovers, • Roll up your mats guys! Todays workout we will be using sliders, which are fun but they are a challenge. • We use sliders to create imbalance in your body so you will have to use a lot of stabilisation, encouraging our body to use stabilisation will ultimately help us build up our strength. • I know not everyone one will have sliders, you can paper plates or tea towels, I will be using the latter today. • As always keep in touch in the comments!
