I have been using rice water treatments for month and my hair have never been this healthy!!!! I’m bringing you footage from the 4 weeks of use and giving you all my current recipe! TAG ME if you try this @kayleymelissa • Rice Water Pt. 1: • --⟣ - RICE WATER RECIPE - ⟢-- • Ingredients ---------------------------- • ☼ 1 cup rice • ☼ 2 cups water • ☼ Grapefruit Peel (as much as you like) • ☼1 tsp Fo Ti Root • ☼ ½ TBSP Shikakai extract • Steps ---------------------------- • 1. Wash Hands • 2. Rinse rice to remove contaminants (the Yao women keep the rice from this step) • 3. Mix Rice and Water and scrub for 5 minutes (up to 10 if ya fancy) • 4. Strain out the rice and transfer water to pot • 5. Add grapefruit peel, fo ti, and shikakai • 6. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes • 7.
