WeatherTech Floor Liners are • designed to be installed directly on your vehicle's carpeted floor, so it is imperative to remove any existing vehicle floor mats. • Make sure your floors are clean and take note of any mat hooks or other retention devices for your old floor mats. Your new floor • liners may be secured with either your existing retention system, a combination of your existing retention system and a WeatherTech • Supplemental or with WeatherTech Supplied Supplemental Rentention Devices. Your FloorLiner invoice or order form • will list any supplemental retention devices. • Next, select the driver side floor liner. You can verify the driver side liner by an engraved location marking on the back of the • liner and by matching the shape to the contours of your vehicle floor. Place the floor liner on the driver side carpeted floor. Check • that the liner allows for the full range of motion of the accelerator, break and clutch pedals without any interference. Secure your • floor liner with the appropriate retention devices. If your vehicle requires WeatherTech supplemental retention devices, see the • enclosed instructions for installation, or call WeatherTech Customer Service at 1-800-441-6287 • Make sure the floor liners are secured in place with, either the existing retention device or with the WeatherTech supplied Retention • Devices. • Please note: not all vehicles use retention devices Finally, check again that your secured floor liner does not interfere with the full travel of the accelerator, brake or clutch pedals. Follow the same method to install the passenger side floor liner. • Failure to carefully follow these instructions could result in unsafe operating conditions, or a shift above the floor liners causing potential interference with the accelerator, brake or clutch pedals. • Please be sure to inspect your floor liners regularly to ensure proper fit. WeatherTech Floor Liners can be removed and cleaned by simply hosing them off, or ideally, with TechCare Floor Liner cleaner and protector.
