Great reversal from what I would term... a well worn storyline of predictability. Terrific acting by the lead actress. She was outstanding! I also enjoyed how this film was directed. It moved at a very good pace. You could really feel Cissy's internal conflict and what she was going through struggling with morals, cultural traditions and her wants. Certainly worth the watch.
