Packed with flavor and health benefits, perfect for immunity and warmth during winters. • Green Mutton Soup • Ingredients: • 300g Mutton • 1/2 Cup Water • 1tsp Salt • 7 - 8 Garlic Cloves • 1.5 Inch Ginger • 2 Chillies • Half Handful of Coriander Leaves • 1 Tomato • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder • 1/2tsp Garam Masala • 2 - 3tbsp Oil • 3 - 4 Smashed Garlic • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder • 1 Cup Water • Method: • 1. Add mutton to a pressure cooker along with water and salt. Take 5 - 6 whistles adn cook mutton 100%. • 2. Grind to paste garlic, ginger, chillies, corriander, tomato, turmeric powder garam masala. You can use a little water to make the paste. • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add smashed garlic. Saute till light golden brown. • 4. Add turmeric powder mix well. • 5. Add ground paste cook for 5 mins till masala is dried. • 6. Add mutton stock water for soup. Let it boil for 2 - 3 mins. • 7.
