Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. • 2. Add oil and grind into crumbs. Add egg and knead soft dough. • 3. Line the form with parchment. Lay out the dough, forming the sides. • 4. Put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes. • 5. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. • 6. Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon. • 7. Get the form with the dough out of the refrigerator. Sprinkle the dough with starch. • 8. Lay out the plums. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the plums with powdered cinnamon sugar. • 9. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (360°F). • 10. When baking, there will be a lot of juice from the plums, but the starch will thicken it. So don't worry.
