A classic slice that delights the tastebuds and the nose! mmm yum! Smell that caramel cooking ;) • ------------------------------ • Serves 24-30 • Ingredients: • 1 x Cup Plain Flour • 1/2 x Cup Brown Sugar • 1/2 x Cup Desiccated Coconut • 125g x Butter (melted) • 100g x Butter (for the caramel) • 2 x Cans sweetened condensed milk (I used Nestle 395g cans) • 1 x heavy tablespoon golden syrup • 200g x dark chocolate • 1 x tbsp vegetable oil • Method: • 1. Mix together the flour, coconut, brown sugar and add the melted chocolate until crumbly • 2. Press evenly into a medium sized slice pan. EVENLY. Bake for 20 mins at 180c. Allow to cool. • 3. On a low heat, melt 100g butter, add the 2x cans condensed milk and golden syrup and mix until smooth and creamy. • 4. Pour over the top of the biscuit base and bake for a further 30 mins at 180c. Allow to cool. • 5. Melt the dark chocolate and add the vegetable oil - stir until smooth. Pour over the top of the caramel and spread evenly. • 6. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then slice, dice and serve up! • Personal note: I'm preferential to milk chocolate on my slice - this is a personal choice. Poor Hannah had to eat the majority of this slice - mwahahaha • ------------------------------- • Creator - Kim from Curveball Productions • Camera and Lighting - Hannah Smith • Music - Dj Quads: Early • / aka-dj-quads • / djquads • https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCusF... • / djquads • ------------------------------ • Find us on: • Facebook: www.facebook.com/mmmyum • Instagram: @mmm_yum_au • Snapchat: @mmm.yum
