OIG DPW employees working in unsafe conditions

Baltimore City's inspector general is calling some worker conditions dangerous after visiting nine Department of Public Works facilities last week. In a new report released Tuesday, Baltimore City Inspector General Isabel Cumming said part of what's concerning is how wildly different DPW facilities can be. Cumming said she found, in some facilities, employees have access to air conditioning, water and Gatorade.
