Many manufacturers, including Trek, Specialized, Giant, Scot ENVE use single bolt rotary style seat post heads. Learn how to properly loosen, adjust and torque your saddle rails in this video. • For proper adjustment you will: • 1. Loosen pinch bolt • 2. Slide saddle rails fore/aft or adjust saddle angle. (If your saddle is unable to be rotated you will likely need to loosen the bolt completely, remove the saddle and remove the cups from the seat post. Once this is done, grease the cups per the manufacturers recommendations and reassemble.) • 3. Check torque of the seat post and set your torque wrench to the recommended tightness and tighten the saddle pinch bolt. • 4. Once tight confirm that the saddle rails are at the same angle as the cups the rails sit in can be uneven on occasion. • Looking for a professional fitting on your bike?
