Expanded to 1710kHz. • Improve Gain past 1200kHz during the Day Time hours. • Tuning LED would be Great. • D Cell Battery Bay like the J-150BTS, One of My Favorite Radios that Gets Used All the Time. • Overall, this competes with its little brother, the J-150. It comes down to a better speaker tone, and looks. If you love the MW band, and live in the States then the J-150 will be the better choice since it is setup to Tune in 10kHz steps.
