Music is Death Level from the Airmech Sountrack, permitted by Carbon Games, though I am not affiliated with them. • This is another project I'd had on the backburner for a handful of years. I had initially started building this in 2018, but then didn't touch it again until last January of 2024. I'm only just now getting around to finishing it. • Airmech is a fun Twin-Stick Shooter/RTS hybrid of a video game, developed by Carbon Games. It features players flying around in various Jets, Planes, and Helicopters, ferrying and commanding massive armies of units, while being able to transform to mech robots to fight directly on the ground. • Of the 9 available Airmechs to choose from, my favorite is the Warthog, based on the real-life A-10 Thunderbolt II. The playstyle of this mech is focused entirely on frontline fighting with it's notorious Minigun as a heavyweight unit-killer that can deter enemy Airmechs with it's lethality. • This LEGO MOC is a fan-made recreation with a fully functional transformation. It was a difficult project to pull off due to the way it transforms in-game, as well as the cartoon art-style throwing off proportions. But, I am satisfied to have finally gotten it done.
