Handstand pop through is one of the most popular elite transitions in cheerleading. • Start in a proper handstand position in a prep level. • Flyers, while the bases dip, hold the proper handstand position. Then, place the feet straight under your hip ( to the bases’ hands). Make sure your chin is tucked in. • After placing the feet, roll your chest up, lift the chin and pull a nice high V. • Bases, aggressively lift the flyer straight up to through extension and release her arms. • Then, get stable and hold your arms extended.
