Learn how to make a zippered pouch with lining and a strap in this video. Lining- 1 Fat Quarter (18”x22”) (I used Kaffe Fassett) • 2. Light Brown Fabric for Exterior- 3/8 yard (13.5”x44”) (I used faux suede). • 3. Dark Brown Fabric for Top Pattern- 1 Fat Quarter (18”x22”) (I used faux suede). • 4. Scraps of quilting cotton in the following colors: Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue. • 5. (1) 9 inch zipper in the color of your choice. I used light brown. • 6. Fusible Interfacing (I used Pellon Decor Bond)- 1/2 yard • 7. Felt, faux leather, or thin leather scraps in black, red, and gray • 8. Faux leather for strap and strap loops- 1/16 yard (2.25”x42-44”) • 9. No sew basting glue (I used Arlene’s No Sew Basting Glue) • • Strap Hardware- • (2) 1 inch D-rings (see option at the end of video). • OR....(2) 1 inch D-Rings and (2) Swivel Lobster Claw Clasps. Use the added ”Back” Exterior pattern as your front • exterior pattern.
