The Current Controversy With Project KV

Needless to say there's still a lot of ambiguity in the air surrounding the Project but at the same time, there's quite a lot of information that seems to be getting more and more solidified with time. • As a game dev that used to work in live ops, I believe that we all have a moral obligation to do all utmost for the project we're assigned to even if we do not agree with the company running it. If the company's demands are too different from what we want to do, then we as the people working on the project should have the right to leave but we should do it without messing up the project. This is because the company won't feel any loss from this, they'll just look for the next bag to squeeze. But the people who genuinely care and put their time and money into the product would be hurt and it's our responsibility to not let that happen. • --Sources-- • The big compiled document in question: • https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z... • EN Article on Producer's goal: • https://automaton-media.com/en/news/b... • KR Government registration number website: • https://www.data.go.kr/data/15083277/... • (You have to download the csv for the data in question) • ----------------------------------- • Me Socials • Discord: / discord • Twitch: / overworkedsalar. . • Twitter: / osalaryman • Support Me At • / theoverworkedsalaryman • https://paypal.com/paypalme/OSalaryman • Timestamp • 00:00 Intro • 03:46 Why there is a controversy • 05:26 The Poor Compensation Walkout Attempt • 08:38 BA content degredation by the ex-devs in Project KV now • 10:37 Unrealistically short span of Project KV's prep • 14:16 How valid is the Halo = Copy argument even? • 15:51 Weird Comiket Circle Name Choice • 20:02 Ramifications of this controversy so far • 22:52 Wrapping Up
