There are so many questions that come up when you are trying to breed for improvement in your herd. This is never a quick, simple answer. It takes a lot of years to learn what a quality goat should be and where you want your herd to improve. This video breaks down the bloodlines of our goats and how keep our lines close. AKA, line breeding. We started with some really good foundation does and choose to carry that through our herd so we don't lose those great qualities. We call this line breeding.
