We all love to watch our favorite elite athletes showing off their superhero capabilities, however, we wanted to showcase a different kind of story. One of CrossFit Mayhem members, who had almost lost all hope before finding the community only CrossFit can provide. Despite facing more obstacles in his 45 years than most of us will likely face in our lives, Phil continues to show up...and in so doing has elevated the atmosphere of Mayhem and those around him. He has become the heartbeat of the Mayhem community. We believe his story has the ability to inspire athletes around the world, because we’ve witnessed the impact here in Cookeville personally.
