Birthing Mushrooms Colonized Mycelium WBS Jars to Bulk Substrate. A quick little short of what it looks like before we give birth. Fully colonized WBS jars - we shake the jars at 30% colonization then allow them to finish before birthing to substrate. We'll put gloves on then mix 4 WBS jars to 1 mono tub with lid on while it colonizes once again before we take the lid off and add a top that breathes then that goes in our greenhouse with purified air exchange. This type of mushroom grows best with a thin layer of vermiculite on top!
