This is my truth and what I have experienced online , mental health is something we sometimes overlook BUT I have decided to CHOOSE ME. • I am ready to share my journey without the dark light of the #30dayhairdetox, #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #nooilsnobutter #curlycut. I have cut my hair and I have a new head of hair without the effects of that method. I have chosen to move on, life is too short. I hope everyone who had a negative experience can find peace and move on in their own time. • I am on a journey of regrowing my hair without using longterm protective styles, just weekly shampoo, condition and styling. I have done it before successfully , so here I am sharing my journey as I regrow my hair. • MY STORY : I was one on the unfortunate individuals to receive damage from curly cuts and BGC damage.
