(grain free, dairy free) • s’mores fudge • Yield: 9 • Prep time: 10 minutes • Chill Time: 30 minutes • Ingredients • 2/3C raw cashew or almond butter • ¼ C coconut milk, full fat • 5 tbsp refined melted coconut oil • 1 tsp vanilla • ⅓C Chocolate chips • 1/3C crushed GF Graham crackers— ( see my website for a grain free graham cracker recipe) • 1/3C organic Marshmallow crème (store bought or homemade) • Directions • • -Line a loaf pan with parchment paper • -in a large bowl, prepare the wet ingredients: cashew butter, coconut milk, oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and crumbled graham cookies • -pour into loaf pan. Use a table spoon to dollop marshmallow crème on top.
