When I switched on the Bluetooth on my phone, I couldn't find the Logitech device on the Bluetooth menu. So understood that the device is not in the pairing mode. I tried with two other laptops, but none of them worked. So I had to contact the Logitech customer support to understand what's going on. • Apparently, they made it difficult for the users who are setting up this for the first time so I'd like to show you how to do that. First off, you switch off the device first and then switch the button back to Bluetooth. The green LED button should start blinking. Then move the track button towards the top and press the volume up at the same time. • Press both these buttons together for three seconds and you should see the LED blinking fast. That's when you should know that devices and pairing mode. Now, you should be able to be see the device the Logitech headphones on your Bluetooth menu. And you should be good to go.
