2023: • APOI and the transition to Africa Sustainable Commodities Initiative (ASCI) has been a truly multi-stakeholder process from inception at every level – national, regional, and international. Each national platform formed a membership inclusive of national government, traditional leaders, local communities and Indigenous Peoples, donors, technical partners, investors, producers, manufacturers, traders, and many other stakeholders. • Find out more about ASCI: https://www.africasustainablecommodit... • 2020: • The APOI national team in Ghana are supporting sustainable palm oil by training extension officers from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Best Management Practices.
