Una sottile base e un ricco ripieno a base di ricotta ungherese vi faranno innamorare, la meringa è la ciliegina sulla torta! • The Rákóczi cake is a fresh and fragrant Hungarian dessert, perfect for a Sunday breakfast or an afternoon tea. A thin base and a rich filling made with Hungarian ricotta will make you fall in love, the meringue is the cherry on the cake! • Ingredienti / Ingredients * • Per la base (for the dough): • 150 g di farina 00 (150 g of plain flour); • 100 g di burro (100 g of butter); • 50 g di zucchero (50 g of sugar); • 3 tuorli (3 egg yolks); • 1 dl di panna acida (1 dl créme fraiche); • 1 cucch.no di lievito vanigliato (1 tsp of vanilla baking powder); • Per la crema (for the filling): • 1 kg di ricotta ungherese (1 kg of Hungarian ricotta); • 80 g di zucchero (80 g of sugar); • 5 tuorli (5 egg yolks); • 1 dl di panna acida (1 dl of créme fraiche); • scorza di 1 limone (1 lemon zest); • 1 bacca di vaniglia (1 vanilla bean); • 2 cucchiai di farina di semola (2 tbsp of semolina flour); • Per la meringa (for the meringue): • 8 albumi (8 egg whites); • 280 g di zucchero a velo (280 g of icing sugar); • ♣ Iscriviti per vedere altre VIDEO RICETTE!
